Tholo Private Game Lodge is the perfect luxury retreat for those who want to experience nature at its best while languishing in stylish comfort and convenience and is situated within the malaria-free Mabalingwe Game Reserve, only 2 hours drive from Johannesburg.

Whether for a romantic getaway or a holiday for a group or the whole family, Tholo Private Game Lodge is tastefully decorated, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The Lodge can also accommodate an additional 2 guests on request on sleeper couch arrangements. The lodge comprises 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, and two lounge areas.

Two of the en-suite bedrooms have king-size beds. The other two bedrooms each have 2 three-quarter beds and there are 2 double sofa beds in the second sitting area. The bathrooms have baths, showers and bidets and there are also 3 outdoor showers. There is a guest bathroom with steps leading to the second living area.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience and is equipped with an ice machine, a coffee machine, a stove, a microwave, a fridge, as well as cutlery and crockery. A washing machine, and a tumble-dryer, are also available for guests to use. Guests can relax in the living areas which are equipped with a Satellite TV and Netflix.

Indoor and outdoor cooking facilities are available, and catering can be arranged on request at an additional cost. A chef is available on request. Full board and half board options are available. Housekeeping, and a private game-viewing vehicle is also available at an additional daily rate. Guests can cool down in the swimming pool, relax in the Jacuzzi and enjoy the view of the surroundings.
