Milkwood Safari Lodge is a luxury self-catering bush retreat nestled in the heart of the renowned Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, home to the Big 5 and an abundance of birdlife and wildlife. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the lodge accommodates up to 14 guests in spacious, air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms.
Guests can enjoy modern conveniences including high-speed Wi-Fi, backup power during load shedding, and daily housekeeping service. The lodge boasts exceptional entertainment and relaxation areas, including a sparkling swimming pool, a newly installed KolKol wood-fired hot tub, a traditional boma, and both indoor and outdoor braai facilities.

The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering effortless, while expansive bushveld views create the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect with nature. Two complimentary bags of firewood are included per stay.
For an unforgettable wildlife experience, a game drive vehicle is available for hire at R1,500 per day (fuel included), allowing guests to explore the reserve at their own pace.
